Muka Ketat

Sebelum bos masuk ofis pagi ni, aku nak update sikit. Just sedikit cerita pasal pagi yang suram ni.

Muka terasa ketat. Lenguh semacam je rahang ni. Cuba dengar lawak kat radio... kot kot boleh ketawa, tapi tak berhasil. Try gak karoke sorang-sorang, pun tak menjadi. Tetap ketat. Ada yang kurang ke this lately?

Adakah sebab dah 2 hari aku tak minum kopi pepagi? Atau sebab dah 2 hari aku tak makan nasi lantas mood happy aku terganggu? Atau sebab cuaca yang suram gelap tapi tak romantik pagi ini? Atau sebab kerja yang memang berlambak-lambak tapi aku kene ngadap sorang-sorang? Atau sebab tak puas hati dengan bos? Atau sebab pagi tadi aku ternampak sorang driver yang meludah keluar dari tingkap ketenye (yuckkk!!) tapi nasib baik tak terkena kete aku..suweyy tau... :(

Kalau sesiapa ada petua macam mana nak loggarkan balik otot muka aku ni, tolonglah bagi! Aku nak senyum dan ketawa macam biasa, sebab muke ketat ni sangat memenatkan.. :(

  6. Imagine something that makes you feel good..think about a baby's face, the laughter and feel the joy seeing that baby!

    Tarik nafas pelan-pelan, hembus perlahan-lahan. Do this 5 kali. It makes you feel a lot better.
